Learning how to Meditate is the best way to avoid being swept away by life!
The School of Practical Philosophy is offering a 9-week Meditation course of weekly lectures via both in-person and interactive Zoom classes. No previous experience required.
Can be paid via EFT or SnapScan beforehand (bank details are here - use your name and "MED" as reference/code).
Bookings:Numbers will be limited to 17 and priority will be given to those who have booked first.
These are currently a combination of in-person and interactive Zoom classes.
Sessions are once a week in the evenings and last for approximately 2 hours. Students follow a set curriculum but there is ample time for questions and lively discussion.
