Learning how to Meditate is the best way to avoid the end of year rush getting to you!

The School of Practical Philosophy will be offering a 10- week Meditation course of weekly lectures, starting at 19h30 on Wednesday 11 October. No previous experience required.

How much? R340 for the whole course, including refreshments.

Can be paid via EFT or SnapScan beforehand (bank details are here - use your name and "MED" as reference/code) or on registration by cash or SnapScan.

Numbers will be limited to 21 and priority will be given to those who have booked on the website.
