Meet: Details of the meeting point will be sent to all those who register.

Directions: Travel towards Cape Town along the M3. The turn-off to Newlands Forest will be on your left.

Hike description: This easy circular route in Newlands Forest has a few hills, but nothing too strenuous. With the exception of a small path at the end, most of the walk will be on a wide gravel path. The route shouldn't take more than about an hour to complete.

Dogs on leads are welcome. 

Hikers must bring:

• Water 
• Comfortable walking shoes
• A rain jacket
